车路协同自动驾驶可持续发展关键问题研讨会
一、背景介绍
目前,智能网联汽车在全球范围进入快速发展期,但正处于商业化的早期阶段,仍然面临着技术法规、商业模式、基础设施等挑战。如何利用5G、人工智能、地图、云等技术,进一步发展车路协同,是智能网联汽车产业发展亟待解决的重要问题。
车路协同的核心在于构建一体化的“车-路-云-网”,通过“灵活的网”和“强大的云”,让“聪明的车”跑在“智慧的路”上。因此需要这四方面紧密协同,互相分担,相互促进。
为回应车路协同自动驾驶建设中遇到的新问题、新挑战,为下一步地方做好试点工作、国家做好顶层设计、行业发展提供支撑,8月27日我会将联合全球道路联合会(IRF Global)线上举办“车路协同自动驾驶可持续发展关键问题”研讨会,将邀请行业专家、企业高层管理者参与就关键性问题进行研讨。

Seminar on Key Issues in Developing Highway Systems for Connected & Autonomous Vehicles
1. Seminar Background
Connected & Autonomous Vehicle (CAV) technologies continue to rapidly develop worldwide, but they are still in the early stages of commercialization, and face challenges with legislation & regulation, applicable business models, as well as infrastructure adaptation, to name a few. How industry achieves further progress in developing enabling technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, digital maps & cloud computing will be instrumental in overcoming these challenges.
A highway system that caters to CAVs relies on essential components, integrated vehicle to infrastructure communications, “smart road” technologies, and powerful cloud computing. To be successful, these components need to build on one another, and their development closely coordinated.
To respond to the new problems encountered in readying roads for CAVs, promote consensus-building around top level architecture design, and identify opportunities for further R&D pilots, the China Highway & Transportation Society (CHTS) with International Road Federation (IRF Global) is convening industry stakeholders to an online seminar titled “Key Issues in Developing Highway Systems for Connected & Autonomous Vehicles.
