2017年7月2日，中国公路学会在北京主持召开了 “基于娄衡高速公路建设工程的安全生产管理关键技术研究与应用”项目成果评价会，会议邀请了交通运输部政策研究室原主任李刚、北京交通大学邵春福教授等9位知名专家，专家委员会对项目成果的创新性和成功应用给予了一致好评。
该项目由湖南省娄衡高速公路建设开发有限公司和北京深华达交通工程检测有限公司共同承担。项目以湖南省娄衡高速公路建设工程为依托，根据系统原理构建了以“危险源控制”为核心的安全生产管理体系、提出了“10+9”安全生产管理模型、制定了危险源控制措施、建立了危险源辨识卡、编制了《隧道工程施工“手指口述”实施手册》等创新性成果。
项目研究成果提出了以安全生产责任体系为核心，以危险源辨识和安全检查为抓手，以安全生产长效机制为保障的高速公路安全生产管理体系的公路建设工程安全生产管理关键技术，在湖南省娄衡高速公路建设工程中得到成功应用，具有较好的推广应用价值。
北京深华达交通工程检测有限公司长期致力于把完善公路交通安全体系，提高公路交通安全作为公司的奋斗目标，以道路交通安全为核心开展工作，把握交通安全领域最新动态，进行道路交通安全的科学研究及道路安全设施产品的研发，积极推进研究成果及国内外交通安全技术的推广应用，大力开展交通安全的基础性、研发性、应用性的科研及试验工作，为国家行业标准的制修订提供数据，为解决交通安全的实际问题提供技术支持。
目前，公司建立了一个大型实车足尺碰撞试验场，拥有强大的科研及试验人才队伍，不仅能够开展科学研究工作，同时承担了交通部门交通安全设施的质量检验工作。公司依据良好的硬件设施、技术能力及人才队伍，截止目前完成了60余个研究项目，其中十几项为省部级科技项目，获得了10个奖项，11项专利，主编了行业标准规范2本，参与编制行业标准规范5本，进行了290多次实车碰撞试验。公司通过不懈的努力，为中国公路交通安全的发展做出了积极的贡献。
